Description
Explore the ruins of ancient Pompeii on a daily group excursion from Rome. Discover many of the well-preserved buildings at the incredible archaeological site that was covered by volcanic ash when Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD.
picked up from Rome at 7:30 am, drive for approximately 3 hours to the Pompeii archaeological site. A 15-minute stop for a quick break on the road will be granted. When in Pompeii you will have 3 hours free for an indipendent visit.
After your indipendent visit ,we will meet at our meeting point and we will come back to Rome. Return to Rome by around 5:30 PM depending on traffic conditions.
