All our TOURS include: board, paddle, lifevest, insurance, explanation about the area and the sea swell and conditions for your SUP experience with an experienced instructor.
Above all and at all times, safety is our watchword, so we advise you to check your SUP equipment and, once in the water, always use the leash (never take it off). It’s important to highlight that paddling in the ocean is not the same as paddling in a lake or river, so we always use wider boards to ensure greater stability. Also remember, especially if you’re a less experienced paddler, that the wind is a strong enemy. That’s why we always carefully check on the spot where we plan on practicing our activity and check the weather forecast for the day.
