Description
We organize wine tours along the famous Wine Roads located in the heart of one of the most beautiful regions of Italy: “Tuscany”. The different areas to visit will be, besides the Chianti hills, the old towns of Montalcino and Pienza just outside Siena, where they produce the Brunello wine or the town of Montepulciano famous for its “Red Vino Nobile”. The tour usually starts at 09:00am.
The driver will meet you right at the hotel lobby or at any other address mentioned by you on the confirmation form. The drive will be about 1,5/h south of Florence. The colorful scenery of the hills will keep you company throughout the drive. During this day tour you will drive to the beautiful countryside visiting family owned wineries situated right in the heart of the Chianti Hills between cypress trees, vineyards and olive groves.
At these wineries you can learn about and taste some of the most popular wines of the areas including traditional family style lunches. Return time to Florence is scheduled at 7:00pm, hoping you enjoyed the day you’ve spent with us.
